Football Playoffs, TSB Mtb Party, and Running!

Quite the busy Sunday for myself and my family.

Getting colder outside by the hour, but I got out and did a quick 5k loop. I'm pretty sure I will be on the trainer indoors the rest of the week putting the new classic road bike to the test on the fluid trainer!


Jan. 11th = 3.1 miles / Neighborhood 5k route.
